Random disconnects

Hi, I have been getting random disconnects from my secondary AP which is connected to my main AP via mesh mode.

This is what I’m seeing in the logs. Any idea what would be causing this behaviour. It seems to drop and reconnect within 60 seconds.

Some ideas:

WiFi interference, DFS events, APs to close, network loop.

I have 4 Pros at home, where 3 are wired and 1 connects by mesh… randomly, the mesh traffic drops and the APs goes offline (but it doesn´t reboot as the uptime keeps going, it´s just connectivity). The drops happen at random intervals… sometimes after few minutes, sometimes after few hours, but it´s very annoing because that AP is giving connectivity to security cameras. Wireless Drop Outs

Hi! I seem to be having some difficulties with my new wireless system. I’ve got the router + 2 AP6 Pro’s. One AP is connected via ethernet to the router POE Port and the other is via mesh upstairs via the Alta POE Injector. The issue I experience is random packet loss, I’ve not been able to isolate when it occurs and how or why it occurs however the problem is getting worse. Edit: Another idea is that one or more of the more or less advanced settings for the specific SSID doesn’t playing well with the specific client, like fast roaming, PMF, IGMP Proxy, BSS transition, etc.

Mines been ongoing and I’ve left it off the last few days as it’s been impacting my work day and family when using in the evening.

My old wifi appliances are fine so I’ve left the Alta kit off for the moment, the team have been helping which is great however, it’s still ongoing without a permanent resolution.
