Time offset between internal time for Route10 and other Network devices

This one is now, supposedly, solved in Route10, firmware 1.4h.

Remote syslog: Use UTC for all timestamps (previously, local and UTC time zones could be mixed).

Though, I haven’t confirmed it myself yet.
