Usually you just have to refresh the page if it’s not already showing as available. Same for mobile and web. On mobile you just pull down to force a refresh. Browsers you’d just use the refresh button, or your preferred refresh shortcut.
Sorry guys, I simply replied without checking. I can confirm it does not appear to actually be pushed. I’ve escalated this internally; we’ll get this sorted.
