Range of AP6 Pro Outdoor

Hello everyone. Just wanted to check what is your real life experience with the range of the the AP6 Pro Outdoor? Considering it has 2.4 GHz: Up to 3.3 dBi, 5 GHz: Up to 4.3 dBi and an Omni antenna according to the radiation patterns in the datasheet.

Here is a review and an unboxing of the Alta Labs Ap6 Pro Outdoor! I installed this access point on my patio in order to have optimal coverage over my entire property. I was able to reach between 800 and 900 Mbs when I had a direct view of the access point. When I was in the front of my class, I only got 50Mbs.
