IP Address Conflict

I am having multiple IP address conflicts. The message says it might be a result of a DHCP pool that is too small, so I edited the pool to have 50 more in the pool. The issue did not go away, so I tried moving one of the conflicts to the new higher pool address. I edited that device and assigned it to one of those higher addresses, it did not move and remains conflicted. I am unclear on how to successfully assign an address to a device, either elsewhere in the non assigned address location, or …
