The web dashboard (manage.alta.inc) displays my network equipment properly: IP addresses, traffic flow, etc.
I am experiencing an issue in the mobile app (iOS) dashboard where an AP will randomly report it’s IP address incorrectly (back to default VLAN), show no traffic flow, and therefore show no traffic flow of the downstream devices attached to the AP.
There is no impact to actual network connectivity as the APs (and connected devices) are reporting correctly to the web dashboard.
The current workaround is to reboot the affected AP.
