Continuing the discussion from Route 10 lost connection after updating from 1.4t to 1.4u:
I am having the same issue after updating the firmware on the route 10. There is no network connection at all. I also noticed that as of the past week or so my AP6s have been losing connection every few hours and require a power cycle to fix them. Please advise
They have found a fix for the update issue. I believe it was caused by having firewall groups at the time of upgrade. I am running the test firmware and everything is working normally. The hot fix for this should be available tonight.
Both of my AP6 pros randomly loose connection but do not need a power cycle to reset them. The only reason I know this is because of the email notifications. I am wondering if it is a thermal issue as it is very random.
