Atleast set to the on setting when creating a new ssid/network.
WPA3 has been a standard since 2018

Maybe a default WPA2/WPA3 probably will cover most use cases.

AFAIK multiple PSK (USP of Alta) currently doesn’t work with WPA3…

The default WPA2 permits the multi-password functionality. WPA3 is available with a simple toggle under each SSID.
