Wireless speeds are dropping causing video and pages to buffer

Hello, can someone help me troubleshoot an issue that started happening about 4 weeks ago. I’ve had my setup for about 3months. I have the Controller, Route 10, AP6 Pro, S8POE. My internet speeds are 5g/5g up/down.

I’ve verified the speeds coming into my house are correct. My wired connections seem to be ok. I’ve created 2 wireless networks and because of the issues I’m having I actually re-connected my Orbi and hooked it up to the Switch to see if that could help.

The main issues are: whenever streaming from any of the TV’s the video quality sometimes scales down to 720. On YouTube the same and even lower. The YouTube videos themselves have the 4k options but when I try to switch to the higher resolutions, it freezes or plays for a sec or two then freezes. The strange thing is, it was perfect for the first 6 weeks or so.

Any ideas or trouble shooting tips are gladly be welcomed, wireless settings below

Wow that worked, and now I remember around the time when things started acting funny, I actually turned that switch on because I thought it would help. Totally forgot about that.
