TBH, I think a public bug tracker would be even more beneficial. This would allow users to see the status of known issues, reducing duplicate reports and saving time for support and development teams. Some vendors, like Ubiquiti and MikroTik, have chosen not to implement this, which I believe is a missed opportunity…
