Where to put custom / bootup script?

Today, I woke up to find that basically nothing was working because the device had performed a firmware update overnight.

I had previously set up static IPv6 addresses and custom routes via SSH, as these options aren’t yet available through the controller. Unfortunately, all these settings were lost after the reboot, which was expected.

I need to place a script somewhere that will execute when the router boots. I recall reading about this possibility, but I can’t find the information now.

Where should I place this script, and what script types are supported? Simple bash?
