So, it’s June and the AP7 that was supposedly going to be available in either April or May still isn’t here and there have been no updates, nothing concerning potential delays, etc. And this isn’t the first delay. This has been delayed for a full year +. It would be nice to get any info regarding this even if it’s hey guys sorry we’re having trouble with xyz, but to essentially remain silent and continue to kick it down the road isn’t a good look and, honestly, could be starting to hurt confidence in the brand
Looking at their next live stream 17th June, meant to be a launch of a product according to their email. Which would make sense as it was due to start appearing at vendors this month. I’m more concerned about whether or not we are likely to see the S8-APoE drop in Q3.
Time will tell.
The nice thing that I love about AltaLabs, is they don’t RUSH products unlike Unifi they come up with an idea release the product and push about 6 million updates because they don’t think things through.
I’d say just relax and wait till they come out

Yeah, that is pretty cool. It would be even cooler if there were regular status updates when an announced product is repeatedly delayed instead of complete radio silence.
Does Ford GM or Toyota or any Auto manufacture do this ?
We’re not talking about cars or any other “oh yeah? well what about…?”. Also, fanboying aside, they had previously given updates upon initial delays and then went radio silent. The point being that they appeared to have fostered an image of communicating with their customers - hence the very site we’re on right now - where they appeared to be involved with announcements and responding to customer feedback and criticisms. I’ve even read posts on here where they explicitly stated they welcomed it. However, now for this product that has been repeatedly delayed for over a year they are suspiciously quiet. I am not the only one to have said anything about this either.

Somebody please prove me wrong, but I don’t even see an FCC listing for the Ap7-Pro yet.
Usually fcc filings are confidential until a certain date. I can imagine that it would be confidential till the release date or close to it.
