Usually that indicates the AP is connected to the network at a speed lower that 1Gbps, like 100Mbps or 10Mbps. Hovering the cursor over the exclamation mark should show a pop indicating what speed it’s running at. Might be worth reconnecting the Ethernet cable connecting the AP to the switch, since negotiating a lower speed often indicates a problem with the cable or the cables connection ![]()
