Weird Issue After 1.4i Update

I relocated one of my AP6 Pros and when I returned to computer (I hate using the app on the phone, nothing wrong with it, it’s just personal preference). I saw that my route10 and both AP6 Pros had updates pending.

I ran all the updates and everything seemed fine until I noticed some speed issues. I have 2 ISPs. One is the main connection and the other is the failover and they are setup as such (metric 100 for main, 200 for backup). I discovered that after running the 1.4i update only my backup connection was being recognized.

I checked the smartNID/ONT for my main connection and it was showing as being up and running. The link light on for the port on the route 10 that my main connection is plugged into was still showing traffic. I swapped ports on the route 10 for my main and backup connections and there was no change. I powercycled the route 10 and there was no change.

I was finally able to resolve the issue by powercycling the smartNID/ONT despite its status lights indicating there was no issue. I doubt the problem was with the smartNID/ONT as everything was working fine before the 1.4i update. So far, after the powercycle, everything seems to be working properly again.

Hopefully, if anyone else runs into this issue this will help you to resolve.
