Very freequent messages: The following Alta devices have been detected offline

Hello Team,

Alta Cloud Manager keeps sending me eMail Messages claiming that random AP’s or Switches being disconnected from random sites.

None of the devices are actually disconnected, all are reachable all the time, neither is internet connectivity intermittent.

I guess, there is a too tight latency timeout.
We are quite far away from manage.alta.inc (200+ms)

Can this latency timeout on the cloud Alta Manage be tweaked as those constant “disconnected” messages are very annoying as well misleading?

Update - I installed a Local Alta Control Instance and moved all devices on a site on that one.
Works all good - but I STILL get those annoying Disconnected EMails!
How can that be disabled?

There is Disconnect Timeout field in the Settings.

Even though you can adjust the disconnect timeout very easily, I would still strongly recommend that you look into the stability of your Internet connection and router. We have no indication on our end that any of these are false positives.
