I game on route10 with a 16 port switch. I have yet to encounter any issues, can he go hardline for testing purposes?
Might a WAN related issue
have you run any diagnostics on teh WAN conection, latency, routing issue?
Ping see if there is any latency or routing issue to the site in question?
I will check that if there is option.
Can that be checked via Alta remotely?
No not on the Route 10 , can you get the Client to do soem basic PINg tests, Speedtest, see if not WAN related issue.
