Unable to drive access point using PoE Inject?

The partner uses alta ap6 with Mikroitk inject (RBGPOE - MikroTik Routers and Wireless - Products: RBGPOE).
You can see that the AP goes online on the dashboard, but goes offline soon.
Status displays Disconnected. Can you tell me why? Is there anything I didn’t pay attention to?

Thanks.

While most third-party PoE injectors should work, not all are guaranteed to. This one appears to support active PoE mode B wiring, so as long as it delivers the proper voltage and sufficient wattage, it should function correctly. If it’s not working as expected, there are two main options to consider:

  1. Try different cables on both the PoE and LAN sides.
  2. Test a different make and model of PoE injector.

You may need to try both approaches, but these are the clearest paths forward to determining where the issue lies.

Thanks Mike.
My partner tried different internet routes with no success. Another project used ubiquiti Inject, which is also feasible. According to the specification, RBGPOE should also run as planned, because customers have many RBGPOE devices they want to use, and they are now connected and kept going online and offline. Is there any chance to use it? Did the team find the cause in the backend logs? I want to provide the device MAC address.
