I am trying to connect router10 to the local alta labs controller. I have the controller connect to Port 2 of the router and my PC to port 3. I am able too connect to the web interface of both the router10 and the controller. When I copy the controller’s URL https://.ddns.manage.alta.inc and I press “Connect to Controller” nothing happens. I tried resetting the controller and the router multiple times. Any thoughts?
The correct URL for your local network should have the prefix “local” like so. URL https://local.abcdefghijk.ddns.manage.alta.inc. The “abcdefghijk” represents your specially generated identifier for your Alta Control.

Thanks. It took over night, but the controller finally was able to see the router.
