Hi Alta team, would you please add support for both Zerotier and Tailscale if possible

Another vote for tailscale. Would be helpful for those who suffer from cgnet.
Support for NetBird VPN would be great for Alta as well. +1 on that. Since Alta is OpenWRT, it wouldnt be difficult to add mesh VPN solutions so its odd that Alta has yet to introduce this ability. Its been several years now that Alta has said this would be a feature and havent done it yet 
I know the Alta Connect feature they recently introduced allows for a mesh VPN of sites I believe, although that doesn’t quite handle CG NAT like TailScale would. Alas, I haven’t quite had the time to try it out so I can’t comment too much more on it myself.
Yea, but that limits the scope of what types of VPNs can be used. Since NetBird and Tailscale (not sure about ZeroTier) both support OpenWRT fully, there is no reason Alta cant add this functionality. They stated they would add support for it on their roadmap and this was 2 years ago. This also limits the ability to add Alta Routers into environments that already have tailscale and netbird in their environments and dont want to introduce another (and potentially conflicting) VPN solution into the mix. Meaning, no ability to add it directly to the router itself.
We have Alta APs and love them, but we stuck with Netgate routers since Alta never added this capability to the Route10’s management and NetGate makes it easy for the NetBird dev team to create the packages.
I get the convenience of building your own VPN solution for those that want to just build from scratch and go from the start. But when you dont add the ability to adjust to a broader range of companies environments that they either already have setup or would rather use one over the other, thats not listening to the customer base and that doesnt set the best partnership dynamic
