Strange App behaviour

I have a device which shows wierdly in the app? I have restarted the app and the phone and it still persists.

It’s towards the bottom of the screen shot.

Any ideas?

I had to forget the device in order to sort the issue out, leaving here for a bit to see if Alta staff can work out why / bug fix
