Still operating even if Internet goes down?

Maybe a stupid question and is fairly easy to test but if using the cloud to manage and operate the devices (switches and APs) and the Internet goes down. Will the devices still operate, broadcast the SSID and everything works locally except any connection to/from the internet? The only thing that is down is the possibility to change any settings etc…(I assume this is the case).

Providing you have the Always On slider togged on the AP settings then yeah it will still operate
