I just wanted to shout out a big Thank You to Alta Labs for their top-notch customer support. I recently sent in a couple of AP6 Pro’s for RMA, and the processes was easy and painless.
They have helped me resolve a number of issues with my network (Most due to me over complicating things) and they have responded quickly and professionally.
Well I’m third then . It’s just amazing how the CTO is debugging issues they cannot reproduce and going in-depth, not “create a ticket and see” - it’s hands-on and no B$!
