Setting a DHCP reservation

I have a route10 we are trying to deploy. I

I am trying to set some DHCP reservations, but the device will not grab the new IP after it is rebooted. I have made sure to save before closing the window and when I reopen it I can see the IP address I want the device to grab in the settings window. I have also tried pulling the device off the network, deleting the lease, manually adding the DHCP reservation, but the save option is greyed out in the menu.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have had a support chat window open for going on an hour and left support a VM with no response yet.

Can you try either just wait out the default lease time (24 hrs), shorten the lease time for the VLAN temporarily and/or manually and carefully edit the /cfg/dhcp.leases IP adress via ssh and see if it settles on the correct IP? Also, make sure you don’t have any conflict with the static vs. DHCP range for the specific VLAN config or any IP conflict with any other device.
