Feature to disable wifi transmission based on time but full disable not just turn off the ssid

just curious what the use case for this?

Two cases,
First to shut off wifi for a rebelious teen and second to disable radiation because of an infant sleeping in the room at night.
Yeah i know cut the PoE power but i need to monitor it if it is working while not transmitting.
Makes sense?
