S8 POE stopped working

I have a S8 which today just stopped delivering POE, the port work but no POE is delivered to the connected devices? Any ideas where to start checking? Or log commands?

Just to add there is a weird lecture on the temperature.

@andres9591 That’s temperature is definitely too high! If you reach out to support@alta.inc they will take care of you.

If PoE starts working again once the unit cools down, it’s likely a thermal protection mechanism was triggered. Long-term, you’ll want to address the heat issue, or it could become a recurring problem…
