S8 POE static IP reverts back to old DHCP address

Hi team, I have been configuring my Alta S8 POE with a static IP today but two times it has gone back to some other IP provided by DHCP.

First I configured it with 192.168.0.21 and it kept it for a while and I saw it update to that IP on the Device list. I cant say how many minutes or hours that went by but I then noticed that it changed it back to 192.168.0.239.
I then changed it to the static IP of 192.168.0.10 and I saw it updated in the dashboard. but after a couple of hours I noticed that it was back to 192.168.0.239 which is my DHCP scope:

I only have a few static ipadresses below .100 but .10 and .21 is not one of those…

When I look at the configuration now it has changed the static IP from .10 to .239.

Have you checked if it responds via ICMP? ping 192.168.0.21 would work from Terminal/Command Prompt on any OS (Ctrl+C to stop, if needed). Usually this is a caching issue in the browser, and not actually a configuration that is reverting.

Trying incognito/private mode is alternative test that can be used to check/validate that, too.

EDIT: Refreshing without cache may also work, but if not done right it’ll look like the problem is still there, so that’s why I often suggest private/incognito first.
