We installed a new S48 and was having difficulty getting it to update. Once it updated, it would not come back online. Did a factory reset, it came online, then started the update again. Update showed “100% completed” but did not restart to finalize the update, and processor pinged at 100%. Left it for 40 min or so, then rebooted it manually. Now it’s cycling through all the colors like a rainbow and not functioning. Any ideas?
