Turns out this was 100% not Alta related. My existing devices on static IPs on VLAN 1, which is what I was using for testing, were configured with a /16 subnet as that’s what I used to use on my network before moving to Alta equipment, so routing was not working properly. I moved these devices to the proper /24 and now it all appears to be working fine.
