Alright, i’ll admit it, i thought i had this working but i guess i failed

I run pi-hole at home and also use dnsfilter on my wan. Id like to figure out how to block dns traffic and have it go through the pi-hole only, its running right now and all devices are listening through the pi-hole but i want now take it a step further, and block dns so if someone hard codes dns into their computer they can’t get to the world.
In pfsense and opnsense this works but can it still be done on the Route 10 ?
Do I block all dns traffic, then create a only rule for the pi-hole ip to only go out ?
