Route10 LANs suddenly has no network

Anyone has the same problem as me? I tried to reboot Route10. After reboot, LAN had network when I surfed a webpage, but began to lose network afterwards. What can I do now?

Can you be more clear in what you mean by losing network? Can you give concrete testing methods, error messages, timestamps, and details? Otherwise, it’s going to be difficult to help understand what’s going on.

My Route10 is connected to the LAN port of the primary router (IPv6 off). When the firewall rule “chain=forward action=drop protocol=icmp in-interface-list=WAN” in the primary router is enabled, Alta Control shows the Route10 and AP6 are all online but devices connected to them are not able to load the webpage unless the icmp firewall rule is disabled. The icmp firewall rule had been enabled for weeks and the network was normal. But days ago, this issue suddenly occurred.

My Route10 and AP6 both run the latest-version OS.

ICMP is only used for the Alta devices themselves, but not for the devices they are serving. If ICMP to ping.alta.inc and ARP to the Alta devices’ gateway is operational, then the Alta devices should stay online with the controller permanently. What exactly on your client devices is failing? Is the Route10 not NATting packets to the Internet when they are in the failed state? What does the Route10 syslog say in this circumstance?
