While I agree that some of the ways Jaianna presents information might not be the most constructive, often time bordering hostile, deleting users comments is going to do nothing but backfire on the perception of the company. How can we trust you to be open and honest with these products if you’re locking threads and deleting peoples even poorly communicated grievances?
