All you can do is assure them that their grievances are understood, and you are trying to work on a solution for their specific issue. Escalating things further by deleting relatively harmless comments isn’t going to help things imo. Once they go around making multiple accounts I would say your hands are tied at that point. But what led to that? Was it the deleting of the previous comment, idk?
Sure, a forum user flagged it but moderation then removed it. Imo deleting/locking should be absolute last resort. You have the EEE comment deleted, then another user mentioning they had their comments deleted and thread locked the other day here.
As a new user (having alta products for less than 2 weeks now) its not a good look. So far I’ve been very happy with the product and its performance but seeing these things makes me wonder if this is the ecosystem I want to commit to.
