Route10 Firmware 1.3t Released!

No issues after udating to 1.3t.

Even though it has impacted less than 5% of our Route10 users, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that 1.3t has caused. We have released 1.3u to resolve these issues immediately. We can reproduce the issue internally that some have suffered here.

This change has been found to cause the problem, and has been reverted and will be revisited at a later time after much more testing:

  • Ensure that printed device MAC is used for all bridge interfaces, improving DHCP Guard experience

Reversion version 1.3u installed. No issues to report. Thank you for the very fast attention to the issue Jeff.

1.3t installed… no issues… didn’t even notice the outage.

Thank you.

Just updated from 1.3t to 1.3u. all working

@Alta-Jeff thanks and appreciate the quick resolution. Curious what the trigger is that caused issues for folks who lost their network like myself after the update. Also, on the flip side after a couple resets on 1.3t and keeping the jumbo frames off I am able to view live streams on my ring cameras without any issues that have been going on for a while. My primary WAN is a 5G FWA setup.
