Route10 /30 networks

Hi Guys,

Have anyone of you using the Route10 in many small networks? I have about 16 VLANs that I’m sharing my two ISP connections on. These are /30 networks with no DHCP at all. Now the Alta controller doesn’t allow a /30 mask. The smallest is a /29.

Is this a problem only for me or anyone else tried this and failed?

Until I can do this my MikroTik stays the gateway.

I just tested this and it let me create a /30

That’s strange. For me I can’t get smaller than a /28.

I was just able to create a /30 on my route10 without issue. One thing to check, perhaps your Reserved IPs setting is too large, and conflicts with the tiny /30 network?

Hmm, it appears we have a couple validation cases that need to be fixed. We’ll get this cleaned up. Thanks for reporting!
