first.. i really wasn’t going to switch but i needed a new router to control my home and the customer service is beyond wonderful
i bought the route 10 and then the controller .. big mistake to setup first but i called up support and they walked me through the process to move the route 10 to the controller and they took the time to make sure it was all setup the way i want like remote access to dashboard .
even went as far to recommend a app in my Homelab setup , i was running pi-hole now i love adgaurd in it , helped with with dealing with comcast so i can get a outside ip on route10
i do plan on running the new wifi7 ap when it comes out
