Just changed out my Araknis WAPs (820) for Alta AP7-PROs. After that my Ring Spotlight Cam Pro went offline. I am not able to get the Ring Camera to connect to the Alta WAP. There are other Ring cameras on the network (Doorbell, and another Ring Spotlight Pro). But I can not get this one unit to work. I moved it closer to the WAP, set the SSID to 2.4 only, turn off Multi-VLAN, Fast roaming is off, there is only one password no “Alta Pass”. I reset the Ring unit… Was able to get the Ring Camera to connect to the Chime unit, but can not get it to work with the Alta WAPs. Anyone have an suggestions?
