Restoring config after redeploy Alta control

After changing my internet service provider, I changed the mcvlan and redeployed the control docker and updated to version 1.1h.

I can no longer see my configuration in my controller, and I am unable to load the backup made in version 1.1g. There are no errors, but nothing happens; I am stuck on the restore message.

I have SSH access to the equipment.

How can I see the Alta products in my controller again,
-Should I reset all my products?
-Is a reset required on the Alta Labs side?

I don’t have much of a suggestion unfortunately as I haven’t really used the docker controller, but let’s see if we can tag in someone like @Alta-MikeD or @Alta-Matt_v2 . If they don’t catch this in the forum here soon then I might also suggest kicking an email out to support@alta.inc. That’ll make sure your issue gets a ticket and someone assigned to look at it. Especially since I’d imagine the restore failing isn’t something that’s normally supposed to happen.
