when trying to restore a previous backup all I am getting is a 504 gateway timeout
I’m guessing this functionality still doesn’t work, as I have never been able to complete a successful restore. I have the .alt backup is there any other way to complete a restore that isn’t from the controller interface i.e. ssh and an internal command?
Hate the thoughts of having to reconfigure the whole thing again as well as reset all of my devices to reconnect them.
It’s been supported from day one, though there have been some user-specific issues that have been resolved over the releases.
This is not reproducible on our end, so it seems that it’s something specific to your site. Is it possible for you to invite us so we can debug what is going on there?
Was this issue addressed and solved on the spot?
We worked with a couple of customers’ backup files, and resolved the issue by trying to import them into our own local controllers, fixing the issue in the process.
