Recover config after issue with docker

Hello everyone,
After an error in my docker “Control”, I restored the docker with version 1.1c, and I restored my configuration with the last backup, but all network devices remain in disconnected mode.

I tried deleting all the devices and "Setup"them again, no change, and even after deleting all the devices from the Docker “control”, I couldn’t configure the devices in the cloud version, my Alta products (AP6, AP6Pro, route10 and S08) were never displayed on this cloud version.

I’ve also tried deleting sites and creating a new one to configure my product, but nothing works, everything remains disconnected.

I have access to the product via SSH.

How can I restore my current config in “Control”. (cloud or docker)

I’m not familiar with network commands via ssh, but I’m not afraid to learn.
