Problem accessing port 80 services via the WAN interface

Hello
I use Route 10 last version firware. I can access my three services (three servers with different IP addresses) that are broadcasting on port 80 from my local network, for example, http://192.168.2.183:5. But I can’t access them via the WAN (http://ddns-server:8001). When I try to access them, I’m redirected to my router How can we solve?

My Port Forwards config

Could you try accessing from external to your network? I don’t believe that hairpin NAT (NAT loopback/reflection) is enabled on the R10.

Look the pictures now it is same. Internal and external network. can not connect

Does your WAN interface have a public IP address?

For the private host (192.168.2.183) - if it has a static IP, please double check its gateway.

If you have a public IP on your WAN interface and the devices’ IP settings all look good, I would recommend reaching out to support.

Please send an email to support@alta.inc and include a reference to this thread.

Everything seems correct; I have a public IP address associated with it. I have other hosts with ports that work perfectly. It’s the port forwarding on this machine that isn’t working. I’ll open a ticket for further investigation.
