Pre-Order Expectations

I pre-ordered through ispsupplies.com on the first day available and have not heard anything else. Just curious if anyone has received theirs yet from them. Or if I need to reach out and follow up with them.

Sounds like you should find another source.

I pre-ordered though them as well on day one. I did contact them when I started seeing others get their units. They stated their shipment was supposed to arrive in mid-November so hopefully we see them ship out soon.

I preordered through them, and I just called to cancel. There is no information when their product will ship and I can buy it directly from Amazon or MicroCenter. I will not be purchasing anything from ISPsupplies due to their support I’ve received on multiple occasions.

Hi all- As of right now, ISP Supplies have decided not to carry our Route10 due to their recent acquisition and will be focusing more on the things their new parent company currently has, I would look at canceling and purchasing your Route10 from other distributors since they should all have stock already. If you need me to introduce you to another distributor to get set up with an installer account, please email me directly - tony@alta.inc Thanks everyone!

Thanks for the information. I honestly hope that Alta discontinues the partnership with ISPsupplies. I have had multiple poor interactions with them, and it appears others have as well with Alta product.

Thank you for the update.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone that ordered from ISP Supplies successfully cancel their order and get a refund? I am going on a week, asked via email and called, and I just sent a third request. This is some top notch customer service from ISP Supplies, from my experience. /s

It took 3 tries to finally get them to cancel mine. I opened support tickets, called and what finally got their attention was opening a “Sales” support ticket.

On the refund part - that is what is interesting - when I pre-ordered, I got an alert (I have alerts setup for any CC transactions) that I was charged. But now, when I go back thru my transactions on my CC, I don’t see it - so maybe it was a pre-authorization. I did email them and open a ticket about whether or not I needed a refund, never heard anything - so yea, agree with you, some top notch service from them. I double checked with Discover and they confirm I have not been charged.

Yea, it seems like ISP Supplies is not really in the business for customer service. It took three months for one of my RMAs to be handled, and it was solely their issue.

It also appears the charge placed on my card was a preauthorization. After I entered my second Sales ticket, I got a response within 30 minutes. Here is what was said:
“This was canceled in our system. We are going through merger and have orders in 2 systems. I also closed in old system. We did get in a batch of these, and they did ship out, but your order was already closed.”

Overall, I will never be ordering from ISP Supplies again if it takes 3+ months for an RMA and three attempts to cancel an order.

Not sure if it helps, but I ordered the Route10 from ISPSupplies on 9/25 and it arrived today (11/22).

I ended up canceling my order with ISP Supplies which took almost 2 weeks to do. I went ahead and purchased a unit on Amazon on 11/16. The ship time said it would arrive this week but it hasn’t shipped yet which is concerning now that the holiday is tomorrow.
