I noticed that if i set the port speeds in the router to 2.5g, or auto, the led shuts off, and the ports stop working. Ports have to be set to default for them to detect and operate normally.
Can you confirm that you are on the latest firmware, i.e. 1.3w? If you are, can I DM you to get an invite to your site to understand the situation better? We don’t see this problem in our test sites.
