We’ve gotten a few complaints now (as a distributor/reseller) from new installers that PoE does not work out of the box. After navigating to Switch->Advanced and manually triggering the “POE Update Available” all “issues” are gone.
Would it be possible to flash this update from the factory or with a standard SW update ?
