POE injector not providing full power to my Access Point

I am using the Alta Labs 30W PoE+ Injectors to power my Sophos AP6 420 access points. According to the specs, both support the 802.3at standard. However, the APs are reporting they are receiving 803.af power only and are not fully powering up.

  1. Has anyone else experienced negotiation issues between Alta injectors and Sophos AP6 hardware?

  2. Does the Alta injector support Sophos brand APs?

Didn’t even know they had injectors.

@karanved28 Our injectors power POE+ devices passively, and do not have a PSE chip integrated. Since there is no POE negotiation, you may need to force the Sophos AP’s 802.3at setting to manually unlock their full power.
