Team - would love an email notification when the devices come BACK online after they’ve been offline. This would help us know when we have outages that equipment is back online after any outage.

Bruh for real. Yesterday we lost power and I got the notification from Alta that everything went off-line and never got anything that came back online so I went rushing home to go check on it as soon as I got home it was already online. #wastedtrip
hahaha - great minds. I have asked the team for this before - but I figured I’d make it formal since this is their preferred method.
See - that’s what I’m worried about! Dispatching teams for high priority clients - and those pesky 4am ones!
Generally I just try to double check the site through the controller before doing anything too crazy, but I have some products from another vendor that support online notifications and I do appreciate it as a quick heads up that things are working again.
Related, but a push notification from the app could be nice too but that’s kind of a seperate feature request.
Yeah, we check too - but, it would be awesome to know, especially w/ those quick “outages” that really are just a heartbeat loss
