What browser are you using? Can you please try private or incognito mode to rule out a caching issue?

Is this a known issue / bug or is just me ?
Just noticed on the dashboard the device is detected as a WiFi device?
As a troubleshooting step I reset both the local controller and the route 10. (Same Result)
NOTE: On the Android application everything looks fine, would this not imply something is wrong with the local controller?

Hmm, this specifically isn’t exclusive to the on-premises Control as I’m also seeing it when comparing the dashboard and device list on a cloud site. Not sure status at the time of writing but will check for a ticket, and open one if needed.
Not that I’m aware of. I’ve seen some oddities occur in browsers based on Chrome/Chromium, that don’t exist on actual (stock/official) Chrome or Chromium. The WebKit engine in Safari is notoriously bad compared to other engines…
That is neither an answer or confirmation It could be browser specific. I’ll shuffle some things around here and check both, and follow up.
