On-Premise Controller not displaying network activity

Issue: When connected via web browser to the on-premise controller there is no activity for connected devices (0 b/s)

NOTE: When connected via the Android app to the on-premise controller activity is viewable.

Not sure if its a bug?

What browser are you using? Can you please try private or incognito mode to rule out a caching issue?

I have tried:

  • Safari - Normal and Private (macBook)
  • MS Edge - Normal and Private (Windows Server 2022)
