I figured a “real life” picture was worth 1000 words. Sometimes testing just isn’t clean and organized.
But look at that Alta switch, towering triumphantly over the pile of switches it has defeated for a spot on my test bench. There is another switch on that bench that is “easy to manage”, but Alta laughs in the face of how long it takes to provision said other switch. cough cough. Anyway, the 8 port is running strong, fast, and stays very cool temperature wise. Super impressed guys! I can’t wait to get my hands on a 24 port one for my main rack.
