My customer used a different person to setup their network and now we don’t have access to set up because he has it on his account and we are unable to get into contact with him. Is there any other way to bypass the ownership or a way to obtain ownership a different way? Please help
I’d suggest reaching out to support@alta.inc directly on this. They’ll probably want some information from the Route10 to prove you have possession of it and hopefully can get you access from there.
