I have a shed that’s roughly 20 feet away from my garage, that’s where I would like the mount it.
This is roughly how far away I was. For reference of scale that small shed buy the red dot on the right is 6x8 shed.

I’m also trying the Outdoor AP and so far I’m pretty happy with the results. I’m not that far from mine but I still get 100/200mb/s (using only wifi 5 phone) in the front corner of my house when the AP is in the backyard and it is only on 5GHz.
I also tried with my macbook pro m1 max and I was able to get between 800-900mb/s in my backyard ahahahaha 
SO far Pretty good speed with this Outdoor AP.
I’m working as we speak on a review on Youtube.

Hoping once I move it a little further back I can setup some more wifi cameras on the back side of my property.

Seriously, the coverage is insane! I have around 9-10k ft^2 and I’m able to have full 5ghz coverage inside and outside. 2 AP6 Pro Inside and the Outdoor AP6 outside.
I only use 2.4ghz for IoT devices and Guests.
