Christmas came early and an 8 Port and 24 Port POE Switch ARRIVED!!! Woot woot!!!

No first open shot of switch as it is surrounded by foam could easily with stand an disgruntled UPS/Fedex/USPS person tossing it onto your front door
General Thoughts…
8 Port POE
- 4 POE Ports Only… Usually at least one is used for an uplink anyways but woulda been nice to have 7 POE Ports to enable and disable
- Powering ALTA APs and any other POE AP was straight forward
- Adoption was very easy in the cloud controller
- VLANs were easy to configure
24 Port POE
- Only 16 POE Ports but should be expected when planning to purchase anyways
- Setup and config was easy in the cloud controller
- I couldnt test the SFP+ ports as I didnt have a 2nd switch but should work fine
Switches work totally fine and easy to work with.
I got the 8 Port to have in a LAB when testing configs and extremely excited to get the 24 Port in ASAP!!!
